Culinary Arts Scholarship

The Culinary Arts Scholarship has been established through The CNM Foundation to assist students who are working toward a CNM Associate’s Degree in either Advanced Baking and Pastry or Culinary Arts Concentration. It is intended to help a student who is completing their program at CNM and has the intention of entering the workplace in their field or study. Awards will be made to the top eligible applicant based on academic record at CNM, personal statement, and desire to have a profession in the field of Culinary Arts. Eligible students must be a full-time student, maintain a 3.0 GPA, must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress, be currently enrolled in Culinary Arts courses and demonstrate financial need. Preference will be given to students who have applied to graduate in Spring. Students must write a personal statement about themselves, why they have chosen Culinary Arts as their major, their educational goals, and how their education at CNM will help them. Students need to request a letter of recommendation from a Culinary Arts instructor.
