Dakota Powell Rainbow Scholarship Endowment

The Dakota Powell Rainbow Scholarship Endowment has been established through the CNM Foundation to assist students who consider themselves a member of the LGBT community, maintain a 2.5 grade point average, are taking a minimum of 6.0 hours, submit a letter of recommendation from a faculty member and/or achievement coach, submit a personal statement on goals and how this scholarship will aid in obtaining those goals. Awarding of Scholarship: The scholarship shall be awarded annually to provide financial support toward tuition, books and related educational equipment, assuming adequate earnings, and will be distributed on an academic year basis. Awards will be made to the top eligible applicants.
