Fostering Education Endowment

The Fostering Education Endowment has been established through the CNM Foundation to assist students who are transitioning out of the New Mexico foster care system. Awards will be made to the top eligible applicants. Eligible students must be a student transitioning out of the New Mexico foster care system, enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, must be meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress, completed a FAFSA, and meet with a CNM Connect Advisor. Students must write a personal statement about themselves, why they have chosen their major, their educational goals, and how their education at CNM will help them. Students need to submit a letter of confirmation from New Mexico CYFD foster care.
