Mise En Place Scholarship

The Mise En Place Scholarship has been established through The CNM Foundation to assist students who are enrolled in the Culinary Arts and/or Hospitality Programs. Awards will be made to the top eligible applicants. Applicants must be enrolled in the Culinary Arts and/or Hospitality program, have successfully completed one semester in the culinary and/or hospitality certificate or degree program, enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours, have a 2.0 or higher GPA, have a completed FAFSA and unmet need. Students must write a personal statement about themselves, their need for the scholarship, why they have chosen their major, their educational goals, and how their education at CNM will help them. Students need to request a letter of recommendation from an instructor, academic coach, or a supervisor. Students must also submit a picture of a completed dish in current semester.
